Glenn Siegel started The Wine Spectrum in 1990. After traveling all over the world and discovering that great wine is often difficult to find, he had a dream of making them available to wine enthusiasts everywhere. His unique person to person direct sales philosophy has earned him a reputation amongst wine lovers across the country. His success has also earned him a respect among winemakers which gives him access to highly allocated wines. Even in this high tech, fast passed world we continue to believe that busy people still prefer a personal touch. By maintaining a well trained and experienced staff of wine consultants, new and returning customers can receive that old fashion personalized care that we all miss so much. We travel to different wine regions around the world to learn about different varietals and local terroirs. Winemakers regularly bring their new releases for The Wine Spectrum staff to taste allowing them first hand experience of the wines they sell. Glenn and his staff regularly attend tastings and seminars and keep current on all the up and coming hot new wines. “The Wine Spectrum is an important resource for the busy wine lover”, says Glenn Siegel, “Our customers are busy people. They call us and tell us what they want. Then we do the work of finding it and sending it to them. It’s quick and convenient for them. In addition we make recommendations of wines they might like and they trust us to make quality selections.”
